My interest for the intellectual property dates back to the University.

I graduated in Bari back in the year 2000, then I moved to Milan where I practiced law and in particular trademark law; a field that, since 2007, has become permanently the center of my professional activity.

The Intellectual Property takes you to the center of companies’ innovative processes and this circumstance has contributed to the refinement of the different legal fields in which the law firm operates today.

The sport field is definitely one of the most important, due to the long and well established cooperation with the European Olympic Committees and other important entities.

The food sector has always got an important role in my work, mainly because it allows me to keep alive the relationship with my homeland – the region Puglia, that in last years has conquered the world with its own brand.

Lastly, I must cite the fashion sector, a love that has bloomed lately and more consciously, and a field that had me deepen sustainability related aspects and reconnect to the academic field, thanks to my teaching activity as Fashion and Intellectual Property Law professor at the University of International Studies of Rome (UNINT).

To protect intangible assets and support the companies’ innovation and internationalization processes is what we do on a daily basis with commitment, care and keen curiosity towards the future.

I graduated in my hometown, where I began my legal practice. Following my interest in foreign and supranational legal systems, I worked for a period in a primary Italian law firm in Brussels, deepening my knowledge of EU Law and the legal vectors of technologic and economic innovation in the European Single Market.

Then I worked at the European Parliament in a MP office, having the chance to take part to the activities of Internal Market and Consumers Protection (IMCO) and Culture and Education (CULT) committees. My interest in IP matured during those years and took form in the choice to specialize myself in IP & ICT Law at KU Leuven – Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium).

I am an Associate at TMShell since 2020, providing IP legal assistance to both individuals and companies in relation to the entirety of IP rights life cycle – filing, prosecution, defense and enforcement – and in the related contracting phase. For the Firm I also take care of privacy and data protection assistance, supporting companies and other legal entities in compliance with the legislation in force.

I am qualified for the legal profession in Italy and admitted to the Bar association of Milan.

I speak Italian, English and French.

Born and bred in Bari, I graduated in Rome at LUISS Guido Carli in 2019, with specialization in Business Law. Subsequently, at first, I started my legal practice in a law firm based in Bari (Italy), wth focus on family law; then I had the chance to train myself in in-house legal offices of tech companies and company risk assessment professionals, in order to improve what I learned during my studies. Those latter experiences made me passionate about the world of Information Technology, to the point I enrolled in a Master in Blockchain Technology and Management. I have a keen interest in politics and third sector.

I am a qualified lawyer admitted to the Bar association of Bari and speak Italian and English. I am part of TMShell since 2022.
